Today, November 3, 2022, a part of the Tech Food Ingredients (TFI) Sdn Bhd citizens have gone to Sultan Abdul Aziz Mosque Pulau Indah, to deliver charity. At TFI, the value of charity is applied within themselves through various sales of food products. For example, Maggi Cup that costs RM 3 is sold at TFI and can be purchased by employees for less than RM 0.20. Proceeds from these sales will be donated to selected mosques. Contributions like this are made a monthly practice and the employees themselves are given the responsibility to put alms in the mosque’s bank.

Charity can be interpreted noble as mentioned in the Quran, Surah Al Baqarah Ayat 245:

“Whoever wills to lend to Allah, a good loan (leaving his wealth in the way of Allah), then Allah will multiply his payment to him by a great fold. And Allah narrows and expands (provisions) and to Him you shall be returned. “

Hopefully this effort can be continued, maintained and made a culture for all TFI employees no matter where they are.
